JICEF's Overseas Education and Orphanage Support Initiatives
JICEF provides support not only within Japan but also to schools and children's homes overseas.
Around the world, there are children who, due to economic reasons or local circumstances, have difficulty accessing adequate educational environments and learning opportunities. We want to support these children so that they can have hope for the future and expand their potential.
To date, we have collaborated with schools and children's homes in countries mainly in Asia and Africa, providing educational support and exchange activities.
Building Partnerships for Mutual Learning and Growth
Furthermore, beyond simply making donations, we also value building relationships where children and educators in Japan and overseas can learn from each other.
We view support not as a relationship of "giver" and "receiver," but as a partnership where we grow and learn together.
