Japan International Cultural Educational Foundation (JICEF) is a non-profit organization that provides educational, cultural, and social support to students studying in Japan, while respecting diversity in a multicultural environment. We aim to value coexistence, empower young people, contribute to local communities, and foster harmony and understanding.

Nursery Visit
As part of our ongoing commitment to community engagement and social responsibility, our members recently visited a local nursing home to spend time with elderly residents. During the visit, they shared flowers, handmade cards, and warm, heartfelt conversations.
This heartwarming exchange is just one of many meaningful initiatives we organize to promote empathy, cross-cultural understanding, and a deeper sense of connection within our society. Through such activities, we aim to build bridges between generations and foster a caring, inclusive community.
Exchange Program at Orphanages
We value creating opportunities for young people studying in multicultural environments to connect with local communities and support one another.
As part of this mission, we visit orphanages to organize exchange programs that include play activities, learning support, and cultural introductions.
These activities not only provide students with a deeper understanding of Japanese society but also bring smiles and a sense of comfort to the children living in the orphanages.
By building connections that transcend national and cultural differences, we aim to create a space where children and students can learn from and support each other, contributing meaningfully to society.
Global Support Program
ICEF, guided by its mission of harmony, understanding, and mutual support, organizes various aid campaigns for orphanages and schools in countries that are in need of assistance.
Through these activities, we provide educational materials, cultural exchange programs, and volunteer support, reaching out to children and communities facing challenging circumstances. By connecting students studying in Japan with children overseas, we create opportunities for cross‑border learning, compassion, and shared growth.
Our vision is for young people to contribute to the world, serve as bridges between cultures, and nurture a spirit of solidarity.
